Mark Darner is an American poker player from Denver, Colorado, who won his first bracelet in the $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2025 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
Darner is a seasoned grinder, with live scores dating back to January 2011. During his first WSOP in 2011, Darner finished sixth in a $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed event for $56,300. That remained Darner's biggest haul until he collected $84,585 for a runner-up finish in a $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em event at The Venetian Las Vegas in November 2013.
At the 2014 WSOP, Darner finished fourth in a $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed event for a new career-best $132,169. Many deep runs and final table appearances at the WSOP followed, but a bracelet continued eluding him. That was until Darner won the $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2025 WSOP for his first gold bracelet and a career-high score worth $496,826.
